We start by selecting the project team. Typically, in the Design & Build process, this includes construction companies, architects, and engineers.
We obtain offers from 3-5 subcontractors for each service to ensure we get the best possible price.

Execution project
An architect, engineer, and installation designer will work with you to create a project plan in line with your vision and budget.
STAGE 3
Design project
The architectural office begins the creative process of selecting materials, fixtures, and decorations, considering your needs, the project plan, and the input from other companies in the Design & Build team.

Final estimate
Cost estimators measured and priced materials during the design phase. Final estimates are provided before work begins.

Construction process coordination
